Opholio is an open source portfolio platform built for use by those with both limited and high levels of web development experience. Its built from the bones of this portfolio itself, though I am yet to port it directly. Its open source and will be an ongoing project.
Opholio is built to serve as a strong but flexible base for development enthusiasts and programming noobs alike. It makes use of dynamic page and content generation from structured database input as well as generous cloud hosting policies to enable a simplified onboarding and usage experience requiring zero coding knowledge or cost overhead. Furthermore it supports dynamic code execution from background "packs" as well as a flexible AGPL-3.0 license to support aesthetic and functional development from intermediate and seasoned developers. While this repo exists to simplify portfolio design and deployment, I understand deployment can still be a handful, hence I offer a professionally hosted version with options for SEO, chatbot, and content customization at highly competitive rates.This program has been configured with a simplified deployment in mind, its been built with "serverless" cloud host Vercel in mind. To run it yourself you'll need accounts on github and vercel, both of which are free with functionality far beyond the scope of this project. Both yarn and npm are supported.
